Service
Completion Documentation and Maintenance Planning
Assembling the record of what was built and setting out how the system should be looked after afterwards.
What this service involves
- Compiling the as-built information for the system that was actually installed.
- Collecting the construction photographs, component details and locations for your records.
- Providing a plain-language summary of how the system works and where its parts are.
- Setting out a maintenance schedule appropriate to the type of system installed.
- Handing over the documentation package for your files, sale or financing needs.
When this may be required
- At the end of every installation, replacement or upgrade.
- When a property is being sold or refinanced and records are requested.
- When an owner has inherited a system and has no documentation for it.
- When a system includes pumps, filters or other components with ongoing service needs.
The general TTIS process
- 01
Collect the record as we go
Photographs and measurements are taken during construction, not reconstructed later.
- 02
Assemble the package
Drawings, component information and site notes are pulled together in one place.
- 03
Walk the system with you
We show you where things are and what you should and should not do over the system.
- 04
Set the maintenance expectations
You get a schedule suited to your system type. Routine pumping and servicing are handled by service providers, not by TTIS as a primary service.
Every property is different. Timing, cost, system suitability and authorization outcomes depend on the site and on decisions made by others, so we describe the process rather than promise a result.
What to have ready
- Where you would like documentation sent, and in what format.
- Whether a lender, insurer or buyer needs a copy.
- Any existing records you want the new package filed alongside.
- Who will be responsible for maintenance going forward.
If you do not have some of this, that is fine — bring what you have.
